excellent Hotel Experience
convenient location great bar helpful concierge spacious rooms
I found the location very convenient for accessing the hotel by car. the area is quite walkable just outside the walls, a plus. the hotel's cleanliness stood out to me, and the bar was great. the bartenders made fabulous drinks. also, israel, the concierge, helped me before i arrived. He provided assistance with some specific needs. the rooms had ample space.

the valet service was efficient, providing quick access to my car. the reception on the seventh floor offered a dedicated space for assistance. staff members were attentive and addressed inquiries promptly. they were very helpful

I found the gym well stocked! it had a good variety of equipment, especially considering the hotel location. i also appreciated the very clean room. The housekeeping staff clearly maintains high standards. the restaurant downstairs provided convenient dining options. The food was good after a long day.

helpful staff great layout perfect location
The staff was very helpful. the spacious room had a great layout with comfortable beds. the hotel's location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. i loved the modern design and light-filled space of the hotel.
The thermostat was hard to operate. There were no instructions and it changed temperature erratically.

The bar had fabulous bartenders. The rooms were clean. i found the hotel bar amazing. the bar area added positively to the overall experience. the pool was wonderful!

The hotel has easy access by car. It is in a walkable area. getting to the hotel was straightforward. the hotel is near many restaurants. Touring around the downtown area was easy. skating was available just outside the front door.

helpful staff prompt service pleasant surprise efficient service
I found the staff very helpful and prompt. Requests were fulfilled quickly. the suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay! the car service was efficient, i never waited long.
The thermostat controls in the room seemed a bit complicated at first. I couldn't immediately figure out how to adjust the temperature.

the room included a large window offering city views. the decor seemed modern, i saw it had well-kept furniture! the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower stall, a great convenience.

the hotel is close to many shops and various restaurants, so finding a meal was easy! i discovered access to attractions and major points of interest within walking distance. i was near a skating area.

The indoor pool provided a relaxing option. i saw a bar with live music providing evening entertainment. the gym contained several cardio machines, including treadmills and bikes. I noticed various free weights as well.
